UPDATES & FAQ

We have transitioned to a no-contact check-in to protect both our guests and staff.

The day prior to your check-in date you will receive a text requiring you to ‘Opt-in’ to our messaging service, It is necessary that you opt-in receive your check-in instructions.

You will receive a text on the day of arrival letting you know that your cottage is ready as well as directions to your cottage. Please ensure that we have the number for the cell phone that you will use when traveling. You will receive the text as soon as your cottage has been cleaned and checked – this will be before 5 pm.

Due to the BC CDC Guidelines, we can no longer offer stay over services. Our staff will also not be entering the units while they are occupied should there be a maintenance issue.

Towel and linen will be available by request and appointment only. Note that towels and linens are supplied to the cottage based on the number of people in your reservation – one towel per person.

When you return to the property, you are required to follow proper handwashing protocols according to the BC CDC (BC Center for Disease Control).

Please maintain a 2-meter separation from anyone else on the property, while on the beaches and trails, and in town.

Parents must ensure that their children always maintain a 2-meter separation from other children/people during your stay.

We will not be allowing groups larger than 6 anywhere on site.

Since our cleaning and sanitizing procedures will take much longer, we have had to set the check-out time at a strict 10 am.

We have also had to implement steps for our guests to take to keep our staff and future guests safe:

Please do not leave any food or drinks behind – put it in the garbage or take it home with you.

We are not able to recycle at this time. If you wish to recycle, you must take it home with you as well.

Text the office when you are gone and we will see you next time.
